Standout and Unique Features
- New high-protein meal plan added to the reprint.
- Five customizable meal prep plans for a variety of lifestyles and dietary needs.

- Practical tips for food storage and efficient meal planning.
- Recipes use accessible ingredients and minimal equipment, making it easy for anyone to get started.
What I liked
The practical approach and emphasis on saving time and money are incredibly appealing. Her five-step method is easy to follow, and the inclusion of diverse meal plans makes it versatile. I also appreciate the tips on food storage and planning, which make it more than just a cookbook.
What I Wish It Had
While the recipes and strategies are effective, readers who already own The Visual Guide to Easy Meal Prep may find limited new content here. I also love the idea of the variety of meal plans types, but I think that each meal plan has only one week’s worth of meals, so if you’re looking for suggestions on a low-carb plan, you’d have to repeat the same plan every week or find other recipes that are low carb and meal preppable. I almost wish that Romeo would come out and make each meal plan have its own book instead of condensing them like this because the content is so good.
